Henry is a partner at Nydia Retirement Solutions. With over three decades of experience in the retirement plan industry, Henry has been instrumental in shaping the company’s culture and driving its growth.
After graduating from Arizona State University with a degree in Finance in 1990, Henry began his career in retirement plan administration. He joined MGKS, now Nydia Retirement Solutions, in 1994, where he specialized in defined benefit and plan termination services. His strong work ethic and commitment to client service led to his promotion to partner in 2010.
The rewards for Henry’s service have been many long-lasting relationships and the satisfaction of aiding other professionals in their quest for knowledge. Part of his consulting work includes speaking at seminars to offer his expertise to financial advisors on the design and implementation of qualified retirement plans.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Henry values family time and enjoys spending time outdoors with his children and grandchildren.
As the sole remaining founding partner of MGKS, now Nydia Retirement Solutions, Russ Snow has been shaping the retirement planning industry since 1989. With deep expertise in the design, administration, and compliance of retirement plans, he continues to set the firm’s actuarial standards, training our new actuaries and guiding clients through complex plan design and regulatory challenges.
With over 30 years in the retirement plan industry, Henry has been a driving force in our company growth and culture. Since joining the firm in 1994, he has specialized in defined benefit plan services, earning long-standing client relationships and recognition as a trusted consultant and speaker for financial advisors.
Shawn Parker joined MGKS, now Nydia Retirement Solutions, right out of college in 2009 and has grown with the firm ever since. Now a partner, he oversees the 401(k) department along with key internal operations, marketing, and business development. With deep expertise in plan design, administration, and compliance, Shawn is a driving force in expanding the company’s reach and ensuring its continued growth.
Mike joined the firm in 2014 and now leads as Partner, bringing deep expertise in Defined Benefit, Cash Balance, and Combination Plans. His leadership of the actuarial department and commitment to client service have positioned him as a trusted advisor to both clients and their financial partners.
With over 20 years in the 401(k) industry, Adele has developed deep expertise across all aspects of Defined Contribution Plans, from initial implementation to final plan termination. Her comprehensive understanding allows her to provide strategic, practical guidance to clients and colleagues.
Anne has built a strong career in retirement plan consulting, with a background in plan administration and consulting that spans over two decades. She holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Long Island University, which has provided her with a solid foundation in financial management and planning.
Ashley joined Nydia Retirement Solutions, formerly MGKS, in May 2023 as an administrative assistant and has since risen through the ranks, leveraging her skills and dedication to become a key member of the team. With over 20 years of experience in the retirement plan industry, she has developed a unique ability to adapt and take on various roles within the firm.
Brenda has been a valued member of the Nydia Retirement Solutions, formerly MGKS, team for over ten years, evolving from a Plan Administrator to a Retirement Plan Consultant. Since joining Nydia Retirement Solutions in 2015, she has leveraged her strong educational foundation in Business Administration from Northern Arizona University to develop a deep understanding of Defined Contribution Plans and compliance testing.
Julie has built a career on helping clients navigate the complexities of retirement plans, with over two decades of experience in the industry. When Julie joined Nydia Retirement Solutions, formerly MGKS, in 2021 she brought a wealth of knowledge in qualified plans, including 401(k) Profit Sharing Plans, Defined Benefit Plans, and Cash Balance Plans. This expertise has been invaluable in serving her clients.
Justin is a seasoned Retirement Plan Consultant with a deep understanding of complex Defined Contribution Plans. He specializes in managing large and intricate plans, providing expert consulting services, and training and mentoring staff. When Justin joined the team in 2022, he brought extensive expertise to his role, helping to optimize retirement plans for compliance and effectiveness, aligning with the evolving needs of employers and employees.
Mallory joined Nydia Retirement Solutions, formerly MGKS, in 2023 bringing nearly 20 years of experience in the retirement plan industry. In her role, she oversees the Defined Benefit team, focusing on document review, administration oversight, and consulting for Defined Benefit and Cross Tested Combo plans. Her expertise helps clients navigate these complex plan structures, ensuring compliance and efficiency in plan management.
Stargret joined Nydia Retirement Solutions, formerly MGKS, in 2001 bringing over 15 years of pension administration experience. Her technical expertise and proactive approach to customer service have been invaluable assets to the defined contribution team and the clients they serve.
Ryan joined Nydia in 2019, specializing in the administration of cash balance plans, defined benefit plans, and combination plans. Since joining the firm, he has developed extensive expertise in complex plan design and non‑discrimination testing, helping clients achieve their goals more efficiently.
Nate joined Nydia Retirement Solutions in 2016 after graduating from Arizona State University with degrees in Management and Business Law. He began his career as a Defined Contribution Plan Administrator and now serves as Manager of the Defined Contribution Team.
Nate specializes in the administration of 401(k) plans, Multiple Employer Plans (MEPs), Pooled Employer Plans (PEPs), and ESOPs, bringing years of hands-on experience and a collaborative approach to supporting clients and advisors.
